Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General
The business is run in a professional manner, with the intention of providing good quality food and entertainment in a friendly related atmosphere and in premises which have recently been refurbished to a high standard. The proprietors would be strongly opposed to any form of crime, disorder or public nuisance which may harm the reputation of the establishment and have a detrimental effect on the overall success of the business.
The prevention of crime and disorder
No alcoholic drinks will be served on the premises
The use of any kind of drugs will not be permitted on the premises
Anybody thought to be drunk or under the influence of drugs will not be allowed on the premises
A doorman will be employed on all occasions when live music is being performed and on any other occasions where it is considered necessary
For premises where entertainment frequently takes place, music and associated sources (including DJs, and amplified voices) should generally not be audible inside noise sensitive property at any time. Where entertainment takes place less frequently, such noise should not be audible inside noise sensitive property between 23.00 and 07.00 hours.
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when entertainment is being provided, other than for access and egress and in the event of an emergency. If additional ventilation is subsequently necessary, then it shall be attenuated in accordance with a scheme submitted to the licensing authority.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, (or member and their guests) notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly. (Note, this may also include a reference to vehicles).

Total number of customers within the premises at any one time not expected to exceed approximately 40
The prevention of public nuisance
Children only allowed on the premises if accompanied by parents or guardian
It is not intended to provide any services or activities which may give rise to concern in respect of children
