Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
(2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General
Regular (hourly) staff checks to be undertaken of all public areas including toilets. Adopting challenge 21. Two staff members are personal licence holders. These two staff members have undertaken CRB checks (in conjunction with personal licence holder application).
Public Safety
All electrical equipment will be PAT tested on an annual basis. Free drinking water will be available at all times. The maximum occupancy figures for the premises will be based on fire safety issues, available floor space and the sanitary accommodation available. Provisions for disabled patrons will be provided allowing access to the premises and the sanitary facilities.
The prevention of public nuisance
The delivery of goods is restricted to the normal working hours and days. The use of the outside areas will not commence before the start of normal trading hours and will cease at dusk or 21:00 hours, whichever is the earlier. Mindful of residents, visitors to be advised to be respectful as they depart, ie. No shouting or car horns. Staff to aid guests arrival/departures. Emptying bins - prior to 19:00 hours daily.
For premises where entertainment frequently takes place, music and associated sources (including DJs, and amplified voices) should generally not be audible inside noise sensitive property at any time. Where entertainment takes place less frequently, such noise should not be audible inside noise sensitive property between 23.00 and 07.00 hours.

All children attending a function/event at Talking Point must be accompanied by an adult.
