Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Club operating Schedule
a) General - all four Licensing Objectives (b,c,d,e)
Members of the committee, steward and barstaff have all been informed of the Licensing Act 2003 objectives and statutory requirements to comply with all relevant provisions of the Act. The secretary is at this time obtaining quotes for CCTV to be fitted externally and at the entrance internally.
b) The prevention of Crime and Disorder
Club Constitution includes rules governing the conduct of members and their guests within and adjacent to the club premises. Admission to the club is confined to members and bone fide guests and is controlled by a door person at the main entrance who supervises members to sign in any guests. Club employees are instructed not to admit or serve members and guests who behave in a drunk or disorderly fashion. Misconduct is to be reported to the committee to consider action under the clubs disiplinary code.
c) Public Safety
The club complies with health and safety and fire precaution regulations. Following risk assessment, preventative measures are in place to ensure the safety of members, guests, employees and entertainers whilst on the premises and the club complies with the advised capacity limits. A fire alarm system is fitted on all floors of the club and fire action notices are posted and emergency escape routes are signposted.
d) The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Notices are displayed at exits requesting members and guests to respect the needs of local residents by quietly leaving the premises. When live or recorded music is played,all reasonable steps are taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties. Double glazing is fitted throughout the club and all doors and windows are closed in the function room.
e) The Protection of Children from Harm
A door person ensures that all children under 18 years of age are admitted to the club only when accompanied by an adult member. Yopung adults, when applying for membership must satisfy the committee that they are over 18 years of age. Accompanied children may attend a private party in the function room. Committee members, stewards and members of staff are instructed in the offence provisions of the Licensing Act 2003, relating to alcohol and the protection of children Signs are displayed at all bars prohibiting the direct or indirect sale or delivery of alcohol to children.
Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority
i) No alcohol to be taken outside the premises.
ii) Notices to be displayed inside the premises stating that no drinks to be taken outside, cigarettes to put in the ash trays provided, and to keep the noise level down when leaving the premises.
iii) All doors and windows to be closed when entertainment is taking place.
iv) A member of the committee or bar staff to regularly monitor the noise level outside when entertainment is taking place and to record this in an appropriate book.
v) No bottles to be emptied into the bins between the hours of 22:00 and 09:00.
vi) The external area of the club shall be swept on a daily basis.
Annex 4 - Embedded Conditions
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours means:
Club premises
f. On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
The above restrictions do not prohibit the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.

Club premises Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal.
