Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
Our general objective is to carry on and maintain the present high standard that the shop and its staff perform presently. To be vigilant at all times and maintain the good record we presently have with the general public and local authority.
At present there is already installed web cams and CCTV recordings to monitor and record activities inside the shop. This will be ongoing and hopefully deter crime.
Procedures would include annual fire inspections ie. Fire extinguishers. Fire exits kept clear, regular checks on cooking and extraction equipment.
There is no music on the premises, noise is kept at a minimum. Smells are extracted via extraction systems above the building. All foods are consumed off the premises. Also, we have contracts with pest control companies to prevent pests and vermin.
Children are usually accompanied by adults purchasing meals. There are no dangers present in shop to be a hazard for young children.
