Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
The prevention of crime and disorder
CCTV cameras to deter the crime.
Notice stating the public will not be served if the establishment think that it will not be in their interest or could be a cause for concern if they do purchase food.
Notice stating that management reserve the right to refuse to serve the customer.
Public Safety
We have fire extinguishers at the appropriate place on the premises.
Exit signs at the appropriate places.
Health and Safety poster placed at a visible place on the premises.
Fire exits clearly marked with appropriate signs.
Undertake risk assesments, including risk from fire and take measures necessary to avoid and control these risks.
The prevention of public nuisance
Our extraction system is up to date, to stop the emission of any offensive smells, as is was installed new.
Dispose of the packages and waste containers outside the premises in the bin provided. Leaving the premises and the area quietly in an orderly manner as not to cause any nuisance. Not to create such a noise which may cause a disturbance.
Place the refuse wate into the commercial waste bins, which are collected and cleaned by OMBC waste collection department every week.
Where there are any offensive smells created on the premises, provision shall be made for such smells to be vented from the premises so that they do not cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
There shall be provided at the premises containers for the storage and disposal of waste food and other refuse from the premises. Those containers shall be constructed, maintained and located/secured so that access to them by vermin and unauthorized persons is prevented and arrangements made for the regular disposal of their contents in accordance with the duty of care provisions (Section 34) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Where the premises provide food to the public for consumption on or off the premises, there shall be provided outside the premises, at or near the exits, sufficient waste bins to enable the disposal of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter.
Where the premises provide food for consumption off the premises, the public area outside and adjacent to the premises shall be cleared of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter which originated from the premises.
The protection of children from harm
Children are accompanied at night by adults.
Children do not stay on the premises after unsocial hours.
Notice on the premises that the establishment does not support the use of any banned substance to be used on the premises.
Food is sold in appropriate containers to stop them from being harmed.
