Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
The prevention of crime and disorder
1. Exclusion of troublemakers, refusal to sell to those who are or appear to be drunk.
2. Discouraging drinking in this premise.
3. Require the public don’t leave any glass or empty bottles in this premise.
Public Safety
1. Comply with the requirements of Health & Safety regulations and Fire Precautions regulations - take necessary acts to avoid and control these risks.
2. Supply of first aid equipment
3. The premise will be well lit at all times when open.
4. All equipment will be stored to minimise the risk to public and staff.
The prevention of public nuisance
1. In the case to prevent noise or vibration - keep doors and windows closed.
2. Requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents eg keep noise down, put litter in the bin.
3. Placing of refuse outside the premise takes place at the times that will minimise the disturbance to nearby properties.
4. Provide sufficient waste bins to enable the disposal of waste foods and wrappings.
Where there are any offensive smells created on the premises, provision shall be made for such smells to be vented from the premises so that they do not cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
Where the premises provide food to the public for consumption on or off the premises, there shall be provided outside the premises, at or near the exits, sufficient waste bins to enable the disposal of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter.
Where the premises provide food for consumption off the premises, the public area outside and adjacent to the premises shall be cleared of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter which originated from the premises.
The protection of children from harm
1. Requesting that children under 16 years are accompanied by an adult after 9:00pm.
2. Take all reasonable steps to maintain the safety of children at these premises.
3. Removal of all dangerous equipment if there is any.
