MANDATORY CONDITIONS
19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
(2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

General - all four licensing objectives
I will do my best to meet all four of these at all times, as I personally will be on the premises. If I have any staff they will be made aware of these as well.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
I will install a CCTV camera system on the premises which will be in operation during the trading hours every day.
I will also display a sign in the shop saying that all shoplifters will be prosecuted.
Public Safety
There will be two fire extinguishers on the premises at all times which will be maintained.
First aid kit will be available.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
I will do my best to stop peolple gathering outside and if sokeep the noise down.
I will provide a litterbin inside the shop for the use of the customers.
The Protection of Children from Harm
I will display a sign at the counter saying that if you look under 21 you must prove that you are over 18 years, and a no ID no sale sign on the door of the premises and on the counter.
Also a sign advising adults that buying alcohol or tobacco products for underage kids will be prosecuted.
A refusals register will also be maintained.
