The prevention of crime and disorder
The premises will be covered by CCTV, with notice warning public members recording is in process and such recordings will be used against them as evidence if they are found committing an offence on the premises.
Public safety
The premises has four emergency exits, all of the premises has emergency lighting, premises is fully equipped with fire alarms and extinguishers, break glass warning system on all fire exit doors.
The prevention of public nuisance
All functions/parties will be supervised by a licensed security guard, this will be decided by the number of guests attending functions.
The protection of children from harm
Children should be supervised at all times by parent/guardian whilst attending the premises. Notice will be displayed. Children will not be allowed to roam around the building unattended. Security guard will be appointed on day of functions, people will be advised not to let children out of the hall whilst in premises.
