19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
(2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General - all four licensing objectives
The premises are a large specialist oriental cash and carry with the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises is relatively small part of the business and all the objectives are addressed individually.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The applicants have considered the possibilities in relation to this aspect, there has been no difficulties in the past and the premises has been trading for some time. The applicants undertake to abide by any request for advice given by the appropriate authority.
Public Safety
The applicants refer to the detailed plans lodged allowing the fire precautions and escapes etc and have worked in co -operation with the local fire brigade over a number of years in relation to the question of the public safety and undertake to continue to do so.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The applicants have addressed this aspect and there has been no difficulties in relation to public nuisance, again the applicant would undertake to comply and co-operate with the relevant authorities if there is any difficulties in that area.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children are only allowed to enter the premises when accompanied by an adult and are not allowed to purchase alcohol.
