Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General
McAbduls is a take awa selling mainly chicken and chips which intends to trade after 23:00 every night. Therfore all the licensing objectives have been taken in to account and will be implemented during the opening hours of business.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
There shall be displayed at the entrance to the premises a sign, which is clearly visable to customers dusrind the trading hours of the business.
There is no alcohol being sold at the premises, nor a re customers allowed to bring in alcohol from outside. Only soft drinks and food will be served.
Public Safety
All escape and exit routes in the premises shall be kept free from obstruction at all times.
The seating in the premises shall be arrangd so that it does not obstruct any exit.
There shall be an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials maintained on the premises at all times.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Where there are any offensive smells created on the premises, provision shall be made for such smells to be vented from the premises so that they do not cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
There shall be provided at the premises containers for the storage and disposal of waste food and other refuse from the premises. Those containers shall be constructed, maintained and located/secured so that access to them by vermin and unauthorized persons is prevented and arrangements made for the regular disposal of their contents in accordance with the duty of care provisions (Section 34) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Where the premises provide food to the public for consumption on or off the premises, there shall be provided outside the premises, at or near the exits, sufficient waste bins to enable the disposal of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter.
Where the premises provide food for consumption off the premises, the public area outside and adjacent to the premises shall be cleared of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter which originated from the premises.
Any forms of food/rubbish/leaflets etc will be cleaned up during and after business every night (internally and externally)
The Protection of Children form Harm
No Person under the age of 12 years, unless accompanied by a person over 18 years shall be permitted onto the premises at any time between 10pm and 1am.
When the premises are being used for the purpose of the licence, if children are found entering the premises out of hours (between 10pm and 1am) staff members will investigate the matter and the supervisor will make sure that they get home immediately. May contact parents of the children.
