19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
(2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
The prevention of crime and disorder
No alcohol will be consumed on the premises. The area of the shop, which has the alcohol, will be monitored.
Public Safety
We will only be selling small quantities of alcohol, which will be consumed off the premises.
The prevention of public nuisance
The deli/gift shop will only be open during the day and the consumption of alcohol will take place off the premises.
The protection of children from harm
All customers trying to buy alcohol who look like they are 21 years or younger will be asked for proof of age before we will sell the alcohol to them. All children will be supervised by their parents whilst in the shop.
