Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A CCTV camera shall be installed at the location marked CCTV camera on the plan of the premises.
Public Safety
The Furniture or seating in the premises shall be arranged so that it does not obstruct any route to an exit or to any facility within the premises.
The Prevention of Publiuc Nuisance
Arrangements will be put into place that the waste collection contractors will collect refuse between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 on Fridays.
The Protection of Children from Harm
No person under the age of twelve years shall be permitted on to the premises unless accompanied by an adult over eighteen between the hours of 22:00 and 02:30.
