Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
The Prevention Of Crime And Disorder
2 CCTV’s have been installed inside the premises and further 2 CCTV’s have been installed outside the premises.
Digital CCTV WILL be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of EVIDENTIAL QUALITY in all lighting conditions. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises including
Equipment MUST be maintained in good working order, be correctly time and date stamped, recordings MUST be kept in date order, numbered sequentially and kept for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on demand.
The Premises Licence Holder must ensure at all times an appointed member of staff is capable and competent at downloading CCTV footage in a recordable format ie DISC to the Police/Local Authority on demand.
The Recording equipment and tapes/discs shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of a responsible named individual. An operational daily log report must be maintained endorsed by signature, indicating the system has been checked and is compliant, in the event of any failings actions taken are to be recorded.
In the event of technical failure of the CCTV equipment the Premises Licence holder must report the failure to the Police or Council Licensing immediately.
The CCTV shall be in use and recording at all times the business is open.

The Prevention Of Public Nuisance
There is a Local Authority fixed bin outside to collect rubbish and there is a bin also inside the premises to deposit rubbish.
A notice will be displayed to request that patrons leave the premises quietly and respectfully.
Where there are any offensive smells created on the premises, provision shall be made for such smells to be vented from the premises so that they do not cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
Where the premises provide food to the public for consumption on or off the premises, there shall be provided outside the premises, at or near the exits, sufficient waste bins to enable the disposal of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter.
The Protection Of Children From Harm
A notice will be displayed that children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult after 21:00PM
