Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General
We will close on time and try serving customers as fast as we can and will clean at night inside and outside so there is no rubbish.
The Prevention of Crime & Disorder
Digital CCTV WILL be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of EVIDENTIAL QUALITY in all lighting conditions . Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises, fire exits and all areas where sales take place.
Equipment MUST be maintained in good working order, be correctly time and date stamped, recordings MUST be kept in date order, numbered sequentially and kept for a period of 28 days and handed to Police/council licensing on demand.
The Premises Licence Holder must ensure at all times an appointed member of staff is capable and competent at downloading CCTV footage in a recordable format ie DISC to the Police/Local Authority on demand.
The Recording equipment and tapes/discs shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of a responsible named individual. An operational daily log report must be maintained, endorsed by signature, indicating the system has been checked and is compliant, in the event of any failings actions taken are to be recorded
In the event of technical failure of the CCTV equipment the PLH must report the failure to the Police or Council Licensing immediately.
The CCTV shall be a system that is apporved be a Greater Manchester Police Crime Reductions Advisor and is working to a satisfactory standard.
The CCTV shall be in use and recording at all times the business is open.
We will hire capable staff who can legally work and who have good interaction skills so they can calmly attend to customers.
Public Safety
We clean up regularly at night insode and outside so customers do not leave any rubbish behind.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Where there are any offensive smells created on the premises, provision shall be made for such smells to be vented from the premises so that they do not cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
There shall be provided at the premises containers for the storage and disposal of waste foods and other refuse from the premises. Those containers shall be constructed, maintained and located /secured so that access to them by vermin and unauthorised persons is prevented and arrangements made for the regular disposal of their contents in accordance with the duty of care provisions (Section 34) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Where the premises provides food to the public for consumption on or off the premises, there shall be provided outside the premises, at or near the exits, sufficient waste bins to enable the disposal of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter.
Where the premises provide food for consumption off the premises, the public area outside and adjacent to the premises shall be cleared of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter which originated from the premises
We will not play music causing noise nuisance.
we will empty rubbish daily preventing litter.
Our delivery cars are never parked on front on yellow lines, instead we park on street opposite to avoid road hazards.
Protection of Children from Harm
All of our staff are aware of health and safety regulations.
We have designed and equipped our takeaway keeping in mind certain health risks eg. knives, hot grill fryer which we have placed in the back to avoid health risks.
The kitchen and grill are sealed, children cannot pass the counter.
