General - all four licensing objectives
We follow all procedures where necessary in order to ensure safety of our staff and the public at all times.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
We have full CCTV and alarm monitoring in place. We limit the cash that is handled outside premises by drivers and also in store.
Digital CCTV WILL be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of EVIDENTIAL QUALITY in all lighting conditions. Cameras shall encompass all entry and exit to the premises, fire exits and all areas where sales take place
Equipment MUST be maintained in good working order, be correctly time and date stamped, recordings MUST be kept in date order, numbered sequentially and kept for a period of 28 days and handed to Police/council licensing on demand.
The Premises Licence Holder must ensure at all times an appointed member of staff is capable and competent at downloading CCTV footage in a recordable format to the Police/Local Authority on demand.
The Recording equipment and discs shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the responsible named individual. An operational daily log report must be maintained endorsed by signature, indicating the system has been checked and is compliant, in the event of any failings actions taken are to be recorded.
In the event of technical failure of the CCTV equipment the Premises Licence holder/DPS MUST report the failure to Council Licensing immediately.
The CCTV shall be in use and recording at all times the business is open.
Public Safety
We follow all Health and Safety procedures at all times and have First Aid trained members of staff.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
We have very limited noise and ongoing activity from 11 pm.
The Protection of Children from Harm
We have limited activity involving children, and any children on the premises must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
