Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General - all four licensing objectives
To train and educate all employee's to comply with Licensing Conditions/Legislation and Health & Safety Legislation.
Staff and Training
Every new member of staff to be trained within 2 weeks of employment.
Every 6 months refresher training to be given to all staff.
Training package to be available for inspection by authorised officers and Police.
Training records to be maintained.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Digital CCTV will be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of evidential quality in all lighting conditions. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises, fire exits and all areas where the sale/supply of Late Night Refreshment occurs.
Equipment must be maintained in good working order, be correctly time and date stamped, recordings MUST be kept in date order, numbered sequentially and kept for a period of 31 days and handed to the Police on demand.
The Premise Licence Holder must ensure at all times a DPS or appointed member of staff is capable and competent at downloading CCTV footage in a recordable format ie DISC to the Police/Local Authority on demand.
The recording equipment shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the DPS or other responsible named individual. A monthly log must be maintained endorsed by signature, indicating the system has been checked and is compliant.
In the event of a technical failure of the CCTV equipment the Premise Licence Holder/DPS must report the failure to the Police of Council Licensing immediately. (env.licensing@oldham.gov.uk)
The CCTV shall be in use and recording at all times the business is open.
Records of all incidents occurring at the premises will be maintained.
Public Safety
To display correct signage in relation to Health & Safety Legislation.
Clearly marked Emergency and Fire Exits and signage.
We have appropriate Fire Extinguishers in place in the premises, these will be checked every 6 months to ensure they are working correctly and compliant with legislation.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
We have adequate ventilation to prevent noise and smell.
Our extraction system is up to date, to stop the emission of any offensive smells, as it was installed new.
The refuse food waste will be placed into the commercial waste bins, which are collected and cleaned by OMBC waste collection every week.
The Protection of Children from Harm
No child under 16 years allowed in the premise after 11 pm unless accompanied by an adult.

Any person bringing alcohol into the premises will be refused entry.
Food is sold in appropriate containers to stop children being harmed.
