Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
(2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

General - all four licensing objectives
We will adhere to all licensing objectives and all staff will be trained to adhere to the licensing objectives.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The premises will be lighted in an adequate fashion. The main serving areas are monitored by CCTV. Measures to control violent abusive and drunken behaviour would include : - refused sale, exclusion from the premises and/or police intervention. Zero tolerance on drugs/violent and/or abusive behaviour, indecent behaviour and prostitution. Prevention of the handling or selling of stolen, counterfeit, non-duty paid or any other illegal goods. Discourage excessive and/or binge drinking.
Public Safety
The building will be kept in good repair. All fire exits clearly marked kept in good repair and free from obstruction. All fire equipment (including fire extinguishers and alarms) kept in good repair and tested annually. All members of management to be trained and hold a Health & Safety and hygiene certificates. All staff to be trained by management in Health & Safety.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
All customers will be reminded to leave the premises in a safe sensible and responsible manner.
Where flyers are used by premises, the premises shall be responsible for the removal of any discarded flyers from public areas. Where large numbers of flyers are found in public areas relating to the premises and the premises does not remove them without delay, they shall meet the cost of removal by the Council.
Posters advertising the premises or acts/events at the premises shall not be fixed to any building or structure without permission of the owner and planning permission where necessary.
The licence holder or his representative shall take measures that are reasonably practicable to ensure that the licensed activities at the premises do not cause a noise disturbance to any nearby noise sensitive properties.
The Protection of Children from Harm
No child to enter the premises under the age of 16 without an appropriate adult. Any individual suspected of being under 18 will not be served an intoxicating drink unless a vaild proof of age is presented e.g. prove it card, driving licence or passport. All children under age 16 to leave the premises by 19:00.
