Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
(2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ADDITIONAL MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1. (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol
(2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General
The Premises is already required to comply with existing and future legislation to include (but not limited to) legislation on safety, health and environmental issues, fire safety, planning, building regulations, disability discrimination, trading standards, weights and measures, crime and disorder and security industry legislation. The premise is also required to comply with the provisions in the Licensing Act 2003. The measures covered by various legislation should not be repeated in the premise licence in accordance with DCMS guidelines.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The premises shall not be open to the general public and there shall be no cash sales of alcohol. Given the nature of the premises it is deemed that no further measures are required. Kept in secure premises with perimeter fence. Locked and alarmed with 24 hour monitoring. The premises are fully covered by CCTV which is recorded, stored for 12 days and can be retrieved and will be handed to police/council licensing on request.
Public Safety
The premises shall not be open to the general public and there shall be no cash sales of alcohol.
Risk assessments will be carried out and maintained for fire, health & safety and emergency evacuation. Given the nature of the premises it is deemed that no further measures are required.
The Protection of Children from Harm
The premises shall not be open to the general public and there shall be no cash sales of alcohol. Orders will only be accepted from over 18's and by credit card payment which is available to only over 18's.
The courier will be instructed to deliver to only over 18's and the parcel will be clearly marked. Given the nature of the premises it is deemed that no further measures are required.
