Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
(2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ADDITIONAL MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1. (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol
(2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General
The business is a home delivery basis and no public will be on the premises.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The crime and disorder preventative measures in place to combat crime are the depot/unit is protected by 24 hour patrolled security in addition to security alarms CCTV monitoring entrance. There will be no public visitors to unit and entrance door will remain locked at all times. When out delivering I will operate a strict Challenge 25 policy, refusing custom to under 18's, physically/verbally and intoxicated customers.
Public Safety
Public Safety will be ensured by operating a sensible drinking policy, refusing sales where appropriate, employing a Challenge 25 policy. Also all sales are in sealed cans/bottles. To be delivered to customers address only.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The business will prevent public nuisance by being a delivery only service, operating a strict Challenge 25 policy encouraging accredited ID and sensible drinking in addition to refusing custom to abusive, drunk or under 18's. Based on 24 hour access industrial estate. The noise level will be minimal.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Being a delivery only business there will be no public access to the premises therefore eliminating danger to children. When delivering to customers a strict Challenge 25 policy will be employed ensuring no alcohol is purchased for under 18's. Premises are in commercial 24 hour access estate and never open to the public.
