Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General - all four licensing objectives
As we are providing packed hot takeaway food that is packed in such a way it is convenient for customer to take home and consume, this minimised the chances of disruption and public nuisance to the local people. Our location means that our customers are local people who we have a good relationship with, which again helps prevent disruption.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
We will notify the police of any crime or disorder. We will talk to all our regular customers and local residents regarding any crime and disorder.
Public Safety
There is minimum risk to the public in the takeaway as they enter into the takeaway through one door into the waiting area and order. They have no access to any other part of the premises, as the counter is locked. We also have fire extinguishers in the kitchen and fire blankets in case of fire.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
We keep doors closed to minimise any noise. We will talk to customers, as the majority of them will be regular local people asking them to respect the local resident’s privacy and leave the area quietly.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children will not be served unless accompanied by adults. We are only serving packed takeaway food and no form of alcohol to attract children.
