Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General - all four licensing objectives (b, c, d, e)
Should obey the rules which major in four different aspects - the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, the protection of children from harm.
The prevention of crime and disorder
Communications between licensed premises and the council should be well linked at all times. All the equipment for this purpose should be working properly. Toughened glasses/plastic containers. No person should bring a drink except delivery to the premises. Also all the drinks sold are in sealed containers. CCTV system in operation. Limit the capacity.
Public safety
Evacuation of disabled persons. All parts of the premises shall at all times be kept free from defect. Provide exits and escape routes under the emergency condition. Control the occupancy limits. Supply first aid and fire equipment and enough lighting. NO dangerous things should be put in premises.
The prevention of public nuisance
Hours of opening - minimise the noise and vibration. No emission from the premises of any offensive smell. Should be provided at the premises containers for the storage and disposal of waste food and other refuse from the premises. No light from the premises causes a nuisance.
The protection of children from harm
Under 12 could not appear between 10.00pm - 7.00am unless accompanied by a person who is over 18.
