Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
(2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Anyone whom seems to have drunk to much to drive or seem to loud and upset to be allowed around public, I shall ensure that a taxi will be provided. Notices are already displaying saying “NO I.D. NO DRINK” so to discourage under aged drinkers from entering. No glasses or bottles are permitted of the premises.
Public Safety
Fire extinguishers and signs already in use.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Signs shall be placed asking customers to please be quiet and respect residents when leaving.
All windows shall be closed after 21:30 so residents are not disturbed by noise.
I shall discourage binge drinking such as not selling cocktails and buy one get one free Promotions.
For premises where entertainment frequently takes place, music and associated sources (including DJs, and amplified voices) should generally not be audible inside noise sensitive property at any time. Where entertainment takes place less frequently, such noise should not be audible inside noise sensitive property between 23.00 and 07.00 hours.
The Protection of Children From Harm
I shall ensure that no one under the age of 18 years shall not be permitted to be allowed on the premises after 19:00. Any children under the 18 years shall only be permitted entrance if they are accompanied by parent / guardian.
All children under the age of 16 should be off the premises by 10:30pm at the very latest, save for private family functions held in a separate function room.
Alll children should be accompanied and supervised by an adult whilst on the premises.
