ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Where CCTV is operated at the premises the following conditions apply;
• Clear signage displayed in a prominent place notifying the public it is in operation
• CCTV images retained on a hard drive system
• CCTV equipment of a standard suitable of recording images of evidential quality
• As part of the CCTV system, if it is faulty or not recording an alarm will sound altering management to intervene
• CCTV regularly checked by qualified maintenance technicians
• Access to CCTV provided to authorised officers on request
2. “No open alcohol containers” policy in operation at the premises
