MANDATORY CONDITIONS
19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
(2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
20 Mandatory condition: exhibition of films
(1) Where a premises licence authorises the exhibition of films, the licence must include a condition requiring the admission of children to the exhibition of any film to be restricted in accordance with this section.
(2) Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, unless subsection (3)(b) applies, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body.
(3) Where -
(a) the film classification body is not specified in the licence, or
(b) the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this subsection applies to the film in question,
admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.
(4) In this section -
“children” means persons aged under 18; and
“film classification body” means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c. 39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).

General

Public Safety
Emergency lighting system, fire fighting equipment, internal gangways kept unobstructed.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Windows and doors will be closed when amplified equipment is to be used. Notices displayed to respect residents and leave quietly.
For premises where entertainment frequently takes place, music and associated sources (including DJs, and amplified voices) should generally not be audible inside noise sensitive property at any time. Where entertainment takes place less frequently, such noise should not be audible inside noise sensitive property between 23.00 and 07.00 hours.
Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles must not occur between 22:00hrs and 08:00hrs on any day.
No music or speech shall be relayed via external speakers other than for events with prior approval of the licensing authority.
The car park area must not be used as a beer garden by customers between 2200hrs and 1100hrs on any day.
No inflatable play equipment shall be used without the agreement of the licensing authority with respect to its hours of use and other conditions as may be appropriate.
Where the premises provides food to the public for consumption on or off the premises, there shall be provided outside the premises, at or near the exits, sufficient waste bins to enable the disposal of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter.
The licence holder or his representative shall conduct assessments of the noise coming from the premises when the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents.
The Protection of Children from Harm
All children to leave premises by 8pm. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
