ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
a) General
All relevant staff and people booking the performance space will be informed of the latest time by which a performance must finish, and they will also be informed of the requirement to provide suitably trained stewards/fire marshals
b) The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
There will be a caretaker from Kier Managed Services on site at all times whilst the building is open
There is extensive, high quality CCTV equipment in operation which is used to record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises
The maximum capacity of the performance space is 110 including performers
c) Public Safety
All emergency exits are fitted with approved fasteners, shall be free from obstruction, shall be capable of being opened easily and fully so they do not restrict the public leaving the premises and shall open in the direction of the escape route
Fire evacuation procedures are in place
All performances will have a designated number of trained stewards/fire marshals on duty
Fire alarms are tested on a regular basis
d) The prevention of public nuisance
The parts of the premises edged in green on the plan covered by the licence may be open to the public between the hours of 9am and 11pm Monday-Sunday
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when entertainment is being provided, other than for access and egress in the event of an emergency. If additional ventilation is subsequently necessary, this can be provided by the Building Management System
Alarms are fitted to all external emergency exits which alerts staff when they are opened without authorisation.
e) The protection of children from harm
If a performance contained material which is unsuitable for children, we would ensure that children did not attend the performance
