ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Manchester Remembers is a family fun day raising money for 5 charities in remembrance of the Manchester Arena attack. There will be live music hosted on a professionally built stage located at the Rochdale Road stand. After the music a charity football match will take place on the pitch between a team of celebrites vs a team of ex professional players.
The doors for hospitality will open at 11am with general admission starting at 12:30pm. The final whistle and presentation will be at around 5:30pm where general admission will leave the stadium. Hospitality guests will have use of the hospitality area for an additional hour and will exit the stadium by 7pm.
Attached to the licence is the Event Management Plan containing a Risk Assessment, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults & Safeguarding Children Policy and site plan for the event, which must be adhered to at all times.
Any guests arriving with cans or bottles will have those confiscated by stewards before entry.
All bags will be searched before entry to the grounds
Capacity will be monitored through ticket sales and turnstiles. In the instance turnstile capacity monitoring fails, numbers will be monitored manually and the capacity at any one time must not exceed 5000, inclusive of all staff, performers, players etc
