  MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

   

   

  19              Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.

   

  (2)              The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (3)              The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

   

  Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  General

   

  We will not serve any drunken customers in the premises.  We have all the safety necessary, such as fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, fire exit from the restaurant.  There is also a small car park for customers to use.

   

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  Customers who appear to be drunk, they will not be served.  If they cause disorder they will be escorted from the building.  We give adequate training to staff to prevent them causing unnecessary noise.

  Alcohol sold for consumption off the premisesto be sold only to persons who also purchase a meal to eat inside the premises or to take away.

   

  Public Safety

   

  For public safety we have, within the premises, fire extinguishers, fire mats, fire call point, emergency lighting and fire exits.  We also test our fire alarm system every week.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  To prevent public nuisance we have got contract with waste company to remove our waste from our site.  There is a bin near our premises so that public can use.  We do our utmost best to keep the front of our premises clean and tidy.  We have a fan extractor which prevents bad smells going out which is serviced every year.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

  We will not allow children under the age of 16 years to go to the restaurant, unless they are accompanied by an adult.  We will not serve any alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.  If we suspect we ask for id.
