19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
(2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General - all four licensing objectives
The premises is a specialist eating place which has been trading for some time and will continue to supervise the premises to avoid any breach of the licensing objectives.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The applicants have addressed the situation with regard to crime and disorder and do not consider that there are any specific difficulties which need to be addressed however would be guided and would undertake to comply with any directions or requirements of police.
Public Safety
The restaurant has traded for some time has there has been a great deal of involvement with the fire brigade in relation to fire prevention and escape and the applicants refer to the detailed plans set out in relation to fire equipment which is at the premises.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The applicants have considered the question of public nuisance but do not feel that there are any particular areas that need to be addressed but again would co-operate and comply with any requirements of the relevant authority.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children are only allowed on the premises when accompanied by an adult and would be supervised to ensure that they were at no risk.
