No customers carrying open or sealed bottles shall be admitted to the premises at any time that the premises are open to the public. A sign will be displayed on the premises indicating the standard hours during which the sale of alcohol is permitted.
As licensee I would take full responsibility to prevent any crime or disorder. This would be achieved by all staff monitoring customer’s alcohol consumption, diffusing volatile situations before they get out of hand, as a member of the local Pubwatch scheme, I will be aware (and will make my staff aware) of any current problems that may affect the premises.

Internal lamp checks will be performed to ensure adequate illumination (spares stock will be at hand), artistes cables will be secured with high visability adhesive tape to prevent trip hazards, RCD socket outlets will be used for any electrical equipment and these will be tested prior to connection being made to ensure correct operation. Ongoing staff training will ensure that all staff are kept up to date in Health & Safety matters.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
No regulated entertainment of any type shall take place outside the premises in any areas which are within the licence holder’s control after 22:00. When amplified musical entertainment is taking place inside the premises after 22:00 windows and doors, save for entrance and exit purposes, will be kept shut. A sign will be located at the exit(s) requesting that customers leaving the premises do so quietly and with consideration to neighbours.
All windows and doors (with respect to fire regulations) will be kept closed after 11.00pm. Notices are already displayed with regard to leaving the premises in an orderly fashion. Artistes will be told to keep the sound levels down to the minimum possible. External monitoring of sound will be performed on a regular basis throughout the evening. A log will be kept.
For premises where entertainment frequently takes place, music and associated sources (including DJs, and amplified voices) should generally not be audible inside noise sensitive property at any time. Where entertainment takes place less frequently, such noise should not be audible inside noise sensitive property between 23.00 and 07.00 hours.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, (or member and their guests) notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly. (Note, this may also include a reference to vehicles).
