Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General - all four licensing objectives
I do not feel that any additional steps are required over and above our normal operating policy. This is a small, remote, country pub, which its size and location alone attracts a limited number of customers, generally from the immediate locality, who are well known to ourselves, this produces a self regulating environment.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Following on from “a” this simply does not occur.
Public Safety
The size and layout of the premises is such that this is not a matter for further measures.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Place a note by the door to ask please would patrons when arriving or leaving these premises respect our neighbours and make absolute minimum of noise.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children are not encouraged on the premises, and in the rare event of their presence in the evening, parents are asked to leave with their children by 21:00, at the latest. Children are only allowed in non-smoking areas and are not permitted in the bar area.
