19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
(2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General - all four licensing objectives
Work with the licensing and police on any matters regarding anti-social behaviour.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
CCTV already installed. Radio links possible. Proof of age. Working with the police on new ID cards (Display posters etc.). Being part of the pubwatch. Anti drugs policy. Posters to inform customers of search policy by a new scheme of a sniffer dog.
Public Safety
All fire exit lights are in working order. Signs warning people to mind steps. All exits are kept free of any rubbish etc. Staff training on fire evacuation. First aid equipment.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Keep doors and windows closed after 23:00 to reduce noise. Notices to ask customers to leave the premises quietly. All windows have locks. No glass waste collection is made before 09:00 or after 19:00. The beer garden is closed after 21:30.
For premises where entertainment frequently takes place, music and associated sources (including DJs, and amplified voices) should generally not be audible inside noise sensitive property at any time. Where entertainment takes place less frequently, such noise should not be audible inside noise sensitive property between 23.00 and 07.00 hours.
The Protection of Children from Harm
No children under the age of 18 unless with an adult. All children under the age of 16 to be off the premises by 19:30.
