19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
(2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General - all four licensing objectives
A comprehensive CCTV has been installed covering the inside of the premises, the outside of the premises and also the car park area. The management and staff are all informed of the licensing objectives and the requirements to comply with all the relevant provisions of the Licensing Act 2003.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The staff are trained to alleviate any type of crime and disorder. There are notices displaying no drugs and over 21’s only. All the above will be adhered to within police guidelines. Any type of crime and disorder will be reported to the police.
Public Safety
The premises has CCTV covering both inside and outside the premises. Ground floor lighting is in both restaurant, bar, main entrance and car park areas. Fire extinguishers are in the bar and restaurant and kitchen area. Emergency lights are in place and illuminated signs showing the fire exits.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
The management and staff take measures to control any noise from within the premises and customers are required to leave the restaurant and bar in a quiet manner not to disturb local residents.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Persons under the age of 18 years are not allowed on the premises unless they are having a meal and are accompanied by an adult. Minors who try to obtain alcohol must provide ID e.g. passport or photo driving licence.
