19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
(2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General
Every effort is made to maintain a safe and orderly environment for all. Warning and information notices are displayed at appropriate sites to assist with this objective.
The prevention of crime and disorder
At any outdoor event the Police will be contacted for advice and assistance and all recommendations will be honoured. Risk assessment and method statements will be provided and copies will be available on site at any event for inspection.
Public Safety
A risk assessment and method statement will be produced for every event. We will have a designated safety officer or chief steward monitoring safety at all times.
The prevention of public nuisance
At any event the recommendations of any public body will be honoured and as noted licensable activities will be held till 22.00 only.
Outdoor entertainment is only permitted for a one-day annual event to be held in either August or September each year. Times will be approximately 16:00 to 21:30.
The protection of children from harm
During any event there will be a minimum of one CRB checked member on site and also our child welfare officer.
