Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
(2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
CCTV cameras to be installed inside the premises. Club employees have been instructed not to admit or serve anyone who behaves in a drunk or disorderly fashion. Any misconduct is reported to the committee to consider action under the clubs disciplinary code.
Public Safety
The club is currently involved with club and pub watch scheme. Members of committee at hand to make sure fire alarms in place, fire escape lights in place, fire escape ladders upstairs: been passed by appropriate authorities.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Signage is displayed near exits requesting members and guests to respect the need’s of local residents by leaving the premises and car park quietly. When live or recorded music is played all reasonable steps are taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties.
For premises where entertainment frequently takes place, music and associated sources (including DJs and amplified voices) should generally not be audible inside noise sensitive property at any time. Where entertainment takes place less frequently, such noise should not be audible inside noise sensitive property between 23.00 and 07.00 hours.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children under the age of 18 years of age are not allowed on the premises unless with parents or grandparents. Young adults applying for membership must have proof of age. Committee members and staff are instructed in the offence provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 relating to alcohol and the protection of children, direct or indirect. Children under the age of sixteen must vacate the premises by 20:00 hours, unless at private members function upstairs.
