Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
(2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General
We shall follow guidance as outlined in the OMBC Licensing Policy Statement through responsible management, staff training and by displaying information to the public. We will operate under regulations outlined in the Health & Safety legislation and provide a safe environment for the comfort and safety of out staff and customers.
The prevention of crime and disorder
Adopt challenge 21 policy
CCTV installed as deterrent to promote safety
ID scheme to be in use
Minimum of two staff at all times
Liaison with local Police/Crime Prevention Officer
Exercise discretion with reward to managing potential anti-social behaviour, ie excessive alcohol consumption
Public safety
Smoke detectors and annual risk assessment in accordance with fire precautions (workplace) regulations 1997
External lighting and internal emergency lighting
Fire exits clearly displayed front and rear
Staff training re food hygiene regulations
Ambulant disabled facilities in toilet area
Customers prohibited from taking glasses/bottles from the premises and CCTV
The prevention of public nuisance
Soundproofing installed
Recorded music played for background purpose only so kept at a low level
CCTV to monitor public behaviour
Public notices displayed - anti social behaviour not tolerated
Early closing - 10pm Thursday to Sunday
6pm Monday to Wednesday
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when entertainment is being provided, other than for access and egress and in the event of an emergency. If additional ventilation is subsequently necessary, then it shall be attenuated in accordance with a scheme submitted to the licensing authority.

After 7pm children allowed only if accompanied by a responsible adult
Two staff at all times - monitoring of safety
Seek guidance of local crime prevention or community safety officer
