Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Club operating Schedule
General
The committee will monitor and react to any concerns raised with regard to the four licensing objectives. All members and guests must conduct themselves in an appropriate manner or be subject to the actions detailed in rules 31 & 56.
The prevention of crime and disorder
Admission is restricted to members and their guests except where a room or rooms has/have been hired for a private function. The steward and bar staff will refuse to serve alcohol to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or is or appears to be under the age of 18 years.
Public Safety
All emergency exits are clearly marked. Both the entrance to the club from the car park and the steps leading to the main entrance to the club are well lit. Emergency lighting is in good working condition.
The prevention of public nuisance
Every room has either double glazing or secondary glazing in order to reduce noise nuisance. A sign is displayed near the main entrance/exit asking people to leave the club quietly.
For premises where entertainment frequently takes place, music and associated sources (including DJs, and amplified voices) should generally not be audible inside noise sensitive property at any time. Where entertainment takes place less frequently, such noise should not be audible inside noise sensitive property between 23.00 and 07.00 hours.
No music or speech shall be relayed via external speakers other than for events with prior approval of the licensing authority.
The protection of children from harm
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Children under the age of 18 years not allowed to play cash bingo. Children under the age of 18 not allowed to play the gaming machines.
All children under the age of 16 should be off the premises by 10:30pm at the very latest, save for private family functions held in a separate function room.
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours means:

f. On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
The above restrictions do not prohibit the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.

Club premises Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal.
