Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
20 Mandatory condition: exhibition of films
(1) Where a club premises certificate authorises the exhibition of films, the licence must include a condition requiring the admission of children to the exhibition of any film to be restricted in accordance with this section.
(2) Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, unless subsection (3)(b) applies, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body.
(3) Where -
(a) the film classification body is not specified in the licence, or
(b) the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this subsection applies to the film in question,
admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.
(4) In this section -
“children” means persons aged under 18; and
“film classification body” means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c. 39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Club operating Schedule
General - all four licensing objectives
The variations proposed do not substantially alter the nature of the operation of these premises and in line with the government guidance we will continue to manage the premises in line with all four licensing objectives and all relevant legislation.
The prevention of crime and disorder
The premises is alarmed.
At all times a responsible person will be in charge of managing the premises.
Public safety
The premises should comply with the Fire Precautions (workplace) Regulations 1997.
Fire extinguishers are maintained, certified and replaced if necessary by Chubb annually.
All exits are kept free from obstruction to assist exit from the premises.
The prevention of public nuisance
Signs will be prominently displayed at all exits to the premises asking people to leave quietly and have regard for residential neighbours.
At all times the responsible person shall ensure the level of noise emitting from the premises shall be kept to a minimum.
Whenever entertainment is taking place all external doors and windows shall be kept closed, other than for access and egress and in the event of an emergency.
Whenever entertainment is taking place a responsible person shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise when it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents.
Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles will not occur between 2100 and 0900 hours.
The protection of children from harm
Only persons aged 18 and over will sell or supply alcohol (with the exception of persons on a government approved training scheme).
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide ID to prove that they are over the age of 18. Only the UK photo driving licence, passport or government approved PASS cards will be accepted as proof of age.
Proof of age checks will take place inside the premises by staff whenever they have doubt about a persons age.
The gaming machine is in sight of the bar and well supervised.
Annex 4 - Embedded Conditions
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours means:

f. On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
