d) The prevention of public nuisance
We currently generate little to no noise pollution, there is no entertainment, the club is new so insulation. Double glazing is very good, we have very few smokers, we are a very quiet community amateur sports club.
We display a notice on the way out reminding members to respect neighbours on exiting the club.
e) The protection of children from harm
Very few children frequent the club; those that do are under the supervision of their parent/grandparents. As the club is brand new, safety aspects are very high. The gambling machines we have are in view of the staff that ensures all players must be over 21.
