Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
20 Mandatory condition: exhibition of films
(1) Where a club premises certificate authorises the exhibition of films, the licence must include a condition requiring the admission of children to the exhibition of any film to be restricted in accordance with this section.
(2) Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, unless subsection (3)(b) applies, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body.
(3) Where -
(a) the film classification body is not specified in the licence, or
(b) the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this subsection applies to the film in question,
admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.
(4) In this section -
“children” means persons aged under 18; and
“film classification body” means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c. 39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Club operating Schedule
General - all four licensing objectives
To provide a safe environment during social and sporting functions for members and their guests and bone fide spectators at matches.
The prevention of crime and disorder
Refusal to serve alcohol to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol and drugs. Alcohol to be served only to members, guests and spectators at sports events. Proof of ID to be shown for anyone who appears to be under legal age.
Public safety
All fire exits to be clearly marked and kept clear at all times. Regular checks on emergency lighting and regular maintainance of fire extinguishers which are under service contract.
The prevention of public nuisance
All windows and curtains to be closed after 11pm. All rubbish to be placed in designated bins and bottle banks. Signs to remind people to respect the rights of local residents when leaving premises.
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when entertainment is being provided, other than for access and egress and in the event of an emergency. If additional ventilation is subsequently necessary, then it shall be attenuated in accordance with a scheme submitted to the licensing authority.
The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of those assessments in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include, the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.
Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles must not occur between 09:00pm and 09:00am.
The protection of children from harm
Children under 14 years must vacate members bar by 9.30pm weekdays and 10pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Children must be accompanied by adults at pre-booked functions. A club welfare officer has been appointed to look after rights of junior club members.
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours means:

f. On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
The above restrictions do not prohibit the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.

Club premises Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal.
