Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Club operating Schedule
General - all four licensing objectives
The premises are run strictly in accordance with the club rules, which are intended to maintain a club which is orderly and complies fully with the objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
The prevention of crime and disorder
Admission to the club is only for members and their guests. The nature of the club is such that the members adhere to the rules and should there be any variance from the rules, then members will be asked leave and their membership will be reviewed. The club prides itself on being well run and has no significant crime or disorder problems from members and guests.
Public safety
The premises comply with Health & Safety, and fire checks. Care is taken to ensure that the premises are properly maintained, so that there are no areas which present or pose a danger to users.
The prevention of public nuisance
The premises are self contained, with no outside areas. The club has its own car park which reduces traffic noise when members and guests are leaving. The performance of any music is contained within the premises, and will never continue after 1am on the days where it is permitted.
For premises where entertainment frequently takes place, music and associated sources (including DJs, and amplified voices) should generally not be audible inside noise sensitive property at any time. Where entertainment takes place less frequently, such noise should not be audible inside noise sensitive property between 23.00 and 07.00 hours.
The protection of children from harm
Children are not admitted in the premises, without a parent or guardian. In circumstances where children are present, they are not served at the bar, and are not permitted near the bar areas. The staff have clear and strict guidance and training to ensure that where there is any doubt about a person’s age, proof of age is provided and where there remains any doubt, that person would not be served.
