Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Club operating Schedule
General
All committee and volunteers informed of conditions of Licensing Act and extended hours notices will be placed behind the bar and in the foyer clearly stating licensing times.
The prevention of crime and disorder
Club constitution involves rules governing the conduct of members and guests. Admission to the club is confined to members and their guests through a committee member and a written record is kept on the club premises.
Public Safety
The club complies with all Health & Safety and Fire Regulations. All emergency exits are clearly signed and regularly checked for obstructions and a written account of these checks are maintained on the club premises.
The prevention of public nuisance
Signage is displayed asking members and guest to respect local residents when leaving the club.
For premises where entertainment frequently takes place, music and associated sources (including DJs, and amplified voices) should generally not be audible inside noise sensitive property at any time. Where entertainment takes place less frequently, such noise should not be audible inside noise sensitive property between 23.00 and 07.00 hours.
The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises when the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents.
The protection of children from harm
Signage is posted at the bar prohibiting the direct or indirect sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 18.
Annex 4 - Embedded Conditions
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours means:
Club premises
f. On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
The above restrictions do not prohibit the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.

Club premises Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal.
