Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Club operating Schedule
The prevention of crime and disorder
Private members club.
Adequate lighting provided to car park.
Fencing & security lock on gate.
Public Safety
Fire exits are clearly marked with the appropriate sign.
Fire extinguishers are sited in all areas of the club.
New emergency lighting is fitted.
Disabled access is currently being reviewed by the Buildings Committee.
External fire doors have appropriate fire safety bars.
Fire blanket and First aid box are provided.
The prevention of public nuisance
The club is a private members club. Members are allowed to bring guests into the club under their supervision. Members of the public are exempt from the club. Doors and windows will be kept shut to reduce noise levels.
For premises where entertainment frequently takes place, music and associated sources (including DJs, and amplified voices) should generally not be audible inside noise sensitive property at any time. Where entertainment takes place less frequently, such noise should not be audible inside noise sensitive property between 23.00 and 07.00 hours.
The protection of children from harm
Children will be allowed in the club and accompanied by and under the supervision of an adult during occasional Sunday afternoon and family social events (eg Bowling barbecues and children’s parties) 2pm - 6pm and must leave the club by 9pm. The majority of events are bowling events and are attended primarily by adults.
Annex 4 - Embedded Conditions
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours means:
Club premises
f. On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
The above restrictions do not prohibit the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.

Club premises Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal.
