Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Club operating Schedule
General - all four licensing objectives
The club is a very well run cricket club by the members for the purposes of playing cricket. The majority of members live in the near community and respect the pleasant environment of Woodhouses Village. We have no problems with crime and disorder, thankfully.
The prevention of crime and disorder
We have no issues with crime and disorder. The premises is covered by an alarm system. All members act in a disciplined manner. No alcohol is sold to persons under 18. A notice is displayed.
Public safety
Glasses from the bar are not to be taken off the premises. The fire exit is clearly marked and fire extinguishers are in position. The premises are well maintained and in a safe condition. Excessive numbers of people are not allowed on the premises.
The prevention of public nuisance
All members are aware of keeping noise at a low level on leaving the premises in the evening. Doors and windows are kept closed to reduce noise when live music being played on the premises.
The protection of children from harm
No children are allowed on the premises after 9.30pm.
Annex 4 - Embedded Conditions
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours means:

f. On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
The above restrictions do not prohibit the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
S.166 LA 1964
Club premises Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal.
