MANDATORY CONDITIONS
19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) Where a premise licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions.
(2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General
1. Approriate liaison with OMBC relevant departments/Police/Fire Service
2. Park security staff on duty Friday to Sunday and Police checked.
3. Restricted licensing times.
4. Carefull assessment and scrutiny of all applications for private hire, risk assessment for all events.
5. Appropriate publicity to maintain good public relations.
The prevention of crime and disorder
1. Restricted licensing times.
2. Carefull assessment and scrutiny of all applications for private hire, risk assessment for all events.
3. Park security staff
4. Liaison with Police regarding relevant information
5. Liability/protection clauses in booking form for use.
Public Safety
1. Current fire regulations certificate held by OMBC
2. Current public liability insurance held by OMBC.
3. Regular six monthly fire inspections in place.
4. Good lighting
5. No smoking building
The prevention of public nuisance
1. Restricted licensing hours.
2. Park security staff on duty Friday to Sunday and till 22:00 hours.
3. Windows to remain closed during musical events.
4. Careful scrutiny of application forms for use of hall.
5. Appropriate liaison with Police.
The use of the first floor flat for residential accommodation must cease within 6 months of the commencement of the licence. The flat must then not be used for residential accommodation without prior approval of the licensing authority.
The protection of children from harm
1. Police checked security staff on duty Friday to Sunday till 22:00 hours.
2. Careful scrutiny of application forms for use.
3. Check of credentials for all groups and insurance etc.
4. Risk assesment to be carried out from booking form.
Ensure adequate adult supervision for all events involving children.
