Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General - all four licensing objectives
I agree to all the licensing objectives and my staff are all trained to make sure that they are adhered to.
The prevention of crime and disorder
All staff are trained and any crime and disorder will be reported to the police. CCTV is also active on the premises.
Public safety
All cooking areas are to the rear of the premises, no access to customers. The front of the premises is well lit and there is easy access in and out of the property.
The prevention of public nuisance
No music is played and there is a very good extractor system where any smells leave the premises through the system. There will be signs asking customers to not cause any nuisance whilst in or outside the premises.
There shall be provided at the premises containers for the storage and disposal of waste food and other refuse from the premises. Those containers shall be constructed, maintained and located/secured so that access to them by vermin and unauthorized persons is prevented and arrangements made for the regular disposal of their contents in accordance with the duty of care provisions (Section 34) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Where the premises provide food for consumption off the premises, the public area outside and adjacent to the premises shall be cleared of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter which originated from the premises.
The protection of children from harm
No children will be allowed in the premises after 9:30pm unless they are with their parents. The front of the shop is very safe and clean.
