General - all four licensing objectives
The police will be informed of any crime and disorder incidents taking place on or near the premises.
All public areas of the business will be clean and safe in accordance with Health & Safety legislation.
Any public nuisance such as noise, offensive smells, waste, and pest control relating to the business will be properly managed and prevented.

The prevention of crime and disorder
The police will be informed of any crime and disorder incidents taking place on or near the premises.
Dummy CCTV cameras will be put inside the shop/serving area to deter any troublemakers or criminals.
Public safety
All public areas of the business will be clean and safe in accordance with Health & Safety legislation.

At all times on the premises there shall be an adequate supply of first aid equipment and materials.
Any outbreak of fire of any kind shall be reported to the Fire Service immendiately and all staff are trained on the evacuation procedure.
The prevention of public nuisance
Any public nuisance such as noise, offensive smells, waste, and pest control relating to the business will be properly managed and prevented.
Canopies within the premises shall vent out any food preparation/cooking smells so that they do not cause any public nuisance.
Any waste originated from the business shall be cleared and stored ready for waste collection.
Appropriate measures through a certified pest control company are being applied to prevent any cause of pests within the premises.
There shall be provided at the premises containers for the storage and disposal of waste food and other refuse from the premises. Those containers shall be constructed, maintained and located/secured so that access to them by vermin and unauthorized persons is prevented and arrangements made for the regular disposal of their contents in accordance with the duty of care provisions (Section 34) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Where the premises provide food for consumption off the premises, the public area outside and adjacent to the premises shall be cleared of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter which originated from the premises.
The protection of children from harm
All public areas of the business will be safe in accordance with Health & Safety legislation so no harm can come to children.

Unaccompanied children usually only come to the premises during the earlier period of opening times and are safe within the premises.
No unaccompanied children under the age of 16 should be served after 9:30pm.
