Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General
We agree to the four licensing objectives and will abide by the rules of the authority and work in partnership.
The prevention of crime and disorder
All staff will contact the police if there is any trouble. We are looking into having CCTV installed both inside and outside the premises.
Public Safety
At the front of the shop is the serving area there are no hot surfaces where the customers have access. The shop is well also well lit and ventillated. The front waiting area is always clean. The front door has easy access to and from the shop.
The prevention of public nuisance
All staff are trained and anyone causing a nuisance will be asked to leave and reported to the police. There are notices in place asking customers to be quiet when leaving the shop. There is also a very good extractor system inside the shop.
Where there are any offensive smells created on the premises, provision shall be made for such smells to be vented from the premises so that they do not cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
There shall be provided at the premises containers for the storage and disposal of waste food and other refuse from the premises. Those containers shall be constructed, maintained and located/secured so that access to them by vermin and unauthorized persons is prevented and arrangements made for the regular disposal of their contents in accordance with the duty of care provisions (Section 34) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Where the premises provide food to the public for consumption on or off the premises, there shall be provided outside the premises, at or near the exits, sufficient waste bins to enable the disposal of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter.
The protection of children from harm
No children are allowed in the shop alone after 9:00pm unless they are with an adult or parents. All staff are trained.
