Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General - all four licensing objectives
Setting standards for the four licensing objectives, regularly maintain the premises e.g. lighting, fire extinguishers, fire blanket, keeping it clean, liaising with the relevnant authorities if required.
The prevention of crime and disorder
As it is a takeaway service only and we have been established for so long, we know most of our customers therefore less disorder. Closing time will be earlier than pubs also we have a security camera for deterent.
Public safety
Emergency first aid boxes. Shop is well it. Public have no access to the serving area. Fire extinguishers within reach.
The prevention of public nuisance
We only have a small television played in the waiting area, no noise in the premises except the extractor fan taking away heat and steam and smells. All lights inside the building will illuminate the interior of building. Waste is being collected by OMBC on a regular basis.
There shall be no emission from the premises of any offensive smells, which are likely to cause a nuisance.
Where the premises provide food for consumption off the premises, the public area outside and adjacent to the premises shall be cleared of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter which originated from the premises.
The protection of children from harm
Children appearing to be aged under 16 will be only served accompanied with an adult. Any child entering the premises looking lost or distressed police will be informed.
