General - all four licensing objectives
When the shop was opened three years ago maximum effect was made for the public safety and everything relevant to the public. That is why the reception area was made very small. 90% of the trade is done over the telephone and delivery.
The prevention of crime and disorder
The public part of the shop is made in such a way that there is nothing that can be used as an offensive tool against any public persons. 90% of the trade is done over the telephone and delivery.
Public safety
There is just enough space for three or four people to stand inside the shop or sit down. 90% of the trade is done over the telephone and people order over the phone before they come into the shop for collection of their food so the time they spend in the shop is minimum.
The prevention of public nuisance
Because it is 90% over the phone orders and delivery. There are minimum public coming to the shop and that in its own is enough to cut the noise and crime down to nothing.
Where there are any offensive smells created on the premises, provision shall be made for such smells to be vented from the premises so that they do not cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
The protection of children of harm
The reception area is very small and safe. There is nothing that can harm children, also the reception area is separated from the kitchen by a small door that is locked at all times by the staff.
No unaccompanied children under the age of 16 should be served after 9:30pm
