Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General
Premises will be supervised at all times by owners and family members when open to the public. CCTV camera and monitor installed in public area. All recordings to be kept for minimum of 28 days in a safe place.
The prevention of crime and disorder
The front and back entrances are secured with shutters when closed. The premises is fully alarmed when closed and monitored by ADT Redcare system. Contact the police and report all criminal activities and conflicts. There are four CCTV cameras installed - 3 inside covering the whole of the ground floor and 1 outside covering the front of the premise. The first floor windows at the rear are secured with grills.
Public Safety
Adequate fire safety equipment is fitted at the premises and services annually.
The prevention of public nuisance
To keep area directly outside the premises in a clean and tidy manner. No residential houses in direct vicinity. Obnoxious smells from the fryers and from general cooking are omitted via a commercial extractor fan.
There shall be provided at the premises containers for the storage and disposal of waste food and other refuse from the premises. Those containers shall be constructed, maintained and located/secured so that access to them by vermin and unauthorized persons is prevented and arrangements made for the regular disposal of their contents in accordance with the duty of care provisions (Section 34) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Where the premises provide food to the public for consumption on or off the premises, there shall be provided outside the premises, at or near the exits, sufficient waste bins to enable the disposal of waste food, food containers, wrappings and other litter.
The protection of children from harm
Family fun restaurant catering for families. Children must be accompanied by an adult to dine. No alcohol is sold at the premise.
